Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchase – 2025 IAAN Conference

By purchasing a ticket to the 2025 IAAN Conference, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase and Confirmation
   1.1. Your ticket purchase is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
   1.2. An electronic confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during registration. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your contact details.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
   2.1. Cancellations made on or before 11 July 2025 will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
   2.2. Cancellations made between 12 July 2025 and 31 August 2025 will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price.
   2.3. Cancellations made on or after 01 September 2025 are non-refundable.
   2.4. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a valid cancellation request via email to office@iaan.com.au.

3. Ticket Transfers
   3.1. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual by notifying the event organizers in writing at least 7 days before the event.
   3.2. All ticket transfer requests must include the full name and contact details of the new attendee.

4. Event Changes and Cancellations
   4.1. The event organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or venue without prior notice.
   4.2. In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled by the organisers, attendees will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. However, no liability is accepted for additional costs incurred by attendees, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

5. Liability and Conduct
   5.1. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times during the event. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals behaving inappropriately.
   5.2. The event organisers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the conference.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
   6.1. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for event administration purposes.
   6.2. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required for event management.
